Reopening Nailed and Lashed

In the best interest of our Staff and the community NAILED AND LASHED closed our doors for business on March 18th at 12pm, as ordered by The Nevada State Board of Cosmetology. We would like to thank them for making this difficult decision and taking early action in the fight against COVID-19. 

Upon the reopening of our businesses, Nailed and Lashed will be implementing the following precautionary measures and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

We will continue to refine and update these protocols as instructed by the Nevada State Board of Cosmetology to keep our staff and customers safe. These guidelines will be in effect during the period of the COVID-19 pandemic and may be adjusted as necessary, and they will be reduced when it is safe to do so. 


Staff members are instructed to stay home if they do not feel well and to inform management of any coworker or Customers exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19.

All customers will be asked to verify they are not sick and have not been in contact with anyone that has tested positive for the virus.

Our Staff has been provided clear instructions on how to respond and report all presumed cases of COVID-19 in or around the building.

Frequent handwashing for everyone with soap or use of hand sanitizer when a sink is not available, every 60 minutes (for 20-seconds) and after any of the following activities: using the restroom, sneezing, touching the face, blowing the nose, cleaning, sweeping, mopping, smoking, eating, drinking, going on break and before or after starting a service.

Hand sanitizer will be readily available throughout the Salon.

Customers and Staff are reminded not to touch their faces.

Health and hygiene reminders are posted throughout the Salon.


We will begin servicing Customers by appointment only.

If you arrive at the Salon without an appointment please text us XXX_XXX_XXXX  from outside the Salon for availability.

Only Customers being serviced are allowed in the Salon.

Customer appointment times will be staggered times to minimize traffic entering and exiting the Salon.

Customers are asked to wait outside the Salon in their vehicle until we are ready to service them.


EPA –registered and labeled as bactericidal, virucidal, and fungicidal. 

The Salon will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected again prior to reopening.

The frequency of cleaning and sanitizing will be increased in all public spaces with an emphasis on frequent contact surfaces including, but not limited to, front desk check-in counters, computers, credit card machines, door handles, light switches, work stations, and seating areas

Soiled towels linen will be immediately transported to the laundry

Laundry will be continue to be washed at a high temperatures 

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

All Staff members will receive training on COVID-19 safety and sanitation protocols and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Shields have been installed at our Nail Bar though not required by the Nevada Staeboard of Cosmetoloy

Appropriate PPE will be worn by all Staff members in adherence to state or local regulations. Training on how to properly use and dispose of soiled items in a closed container.

All Staff members will be required to wear masks in the Salon. 

Tools and equipment will continue to be sanitized before and after each use.
